We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our team at Exide Group. As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer orders between sales and operations to ensure the best service level and reliability to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Manage the order management processes within the Business Logistics Center (BLC), ensuring efficient performance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Order Placement and Change Requests: Place orders and manage change requests in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders.
- Automation and Digitalization: Drive automation of the order management processes using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Order Tracking and Validation: Receive, track, and validate orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Query Resolution: Take actions to resolve any queries in a timely manner and liaise with stakeholders and departments regularly to resolve any queries or incomplete statuses.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Technical Discipline, such as Operations Management or Supply Chain Management.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel functionality and strong English language skills.
