Job Title: Change Management & Communications Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management & Communications Specialist to support the organizational readiness activities of the deployment of the ERP-related transformation in South West Europe (Italy, Spain and Portugal) in PepsiCo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement change management plans that maximize stakeholder adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  • Work with the Change Management Lead to define the OCM (Organizational Change Management) governance model, processes and tools for the SAP PIRT roll-out in SWE.
  • Act as OCM Point of Contact for designated Value Streams and enabling teams, partnering on all OCM activities managing proactive relationships, supporting and coaching teams on the OCM agenda.
  • Partner with Value Stream Leads/Sub-Process Leads/Business Process Owners to actively facilitate identification and management of change impacts and support teams to develop action plans together with impacted BUs.
  • Roll-out the process of capturing, reviewing, validating and contributing to program list of change impacts, document change impacts in the change impacts tracker, and build OCM action plans for market transition success.
  • Ensure that all Change Impacts are implemented as agreed as part of UAT and business cut-over activities.
  • Help define a detailed Program Communication plan, and engage with the SWE Internal Communications teams and partner on the interlinks between change and communication.
  • Work with Change Management team and Internal Communications team to advise on the best way to communicate messages - advising on the right time, channels and approach and tailoring messages as needed to maximize engagement across all the different entities and markets.
  • Review Change Impacts Assessment and confirm impacts have been integrated into training materials to be deployed.
