Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Improving the requirements process within the asset throughout delivery
  • Cooperating with the (agile) change organization and the business, supporting Tribes and squads to take decisions by substantiating and presenting different design alternatives and their impact
  • Analyzing issues and proposing solutions, responsible for identifying and documenting requirements and analyzing these requirements from a business perspective
  • Defining current and future operational scenarios and working with end users, the Area Lead, Product Owner, and Feature Engineer to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements
  • Writing and executing test plans against the requirements
  • Maintaining high standards in stakeholders management and adding value to the business

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Proven track record and technical skills in HR processes, transformation, and software experience
  • Extensive experience in software delivery, agile culture, project management, and global projects with international stakeholders
  • Customer-oriented mindset and fluent English skills

Preferred qualifications include project management experience within an agile organization and inspiration to continuing working in this matter.
