Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Portfolio Management Expert to join our Transformation Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accelerating ING's metabolism by challenging, inspiring, and developing our organization to achieve its goals and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration with tribes and other CoEs, ensuring value creation for the client, alignment with ING's strategy, and simplicity by design.
  • Co-create, advise, and drive change in the organization through an end-to-end view on the full portfolio.
  • Ensure consistency in methodology, collaborating with colleagues across different initiatives, products, and tribes, in terms of metrics and definitions.
  • Work with senior management to establish, prioritize, and manage the portfolio of initiatives and provide transparency to enable decision making.
  • Translate concepts into tangible execution and achieve goals in a large complex organization.

Requirements:
  • A track record in implementing complex programs.
  • Ability to solve problems impacting program progress.
  • Specific experience in implementing change in highly regulated environments.
  • Capacity to manage big amounts of data, organize it, and create complex data models in a structured way.
  • Design, develop, and deploy business analytics dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies.
  • Proven track record and technical skills.
  • Master or bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience.
  • Strong program management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Persistent, open, and convincing way of communicating.
  • Results-oriented with ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting program challenges.
