About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Analyst to join our team at B2 Impact Group. As a key member of our Portfolio Analytics team, you will play a vital role in driving profitable growth through data-driven investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert, innovator, and voice of reason in portfolio investment opportunities.
  • Develop and improve our analytical capabilities to drive business growth.
  • Review and learn from previous purchases, and share insights with peers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in and support Group and local projects, in areas ranging from data and analytics to risk and investment.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in an analytical and/or quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Data/Decision Science, Finance, Economics, or related field).
  • Minimum of 2 years of analytical experience.
  • Programming skills (Python, R, SQL or similar) and understanding of database technologies.
  • Experience in predictive forecasting, advanced statistical, machine learning (ML) and AI models and techniques.
  • Good communication skills, especially in explaining complex technical problems to non-technical stakeholders.
  • English language proficiency. Knowledge of an additional language (e.g. Polish, Spanish, French, or one of the Nordic or Baltic languages) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
