Job Summary

We are seeking a Revenue Performance Analyst to drive our success as a core team member. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring Sales and Margins in all our business lines, analyzing Commercial data to provide strategic decision support, and conducting in-depth operational analysis to understand cost structures, revenue streams, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze Sales and Margins in all business lines to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze Commercial data to provide strategic decision support, including competitiveness, positioning, and market trends.
  • Conduct in-depth operational analysis to understand cost structures, revenue streams, and profitability.
  • Work closely with different departments, including Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence, to ensure cohesive management information.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of country-specific operations to provide support and value to the business units.
  • Participate in the planning and budgeting process, providing data-driven insights and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in a business analysis role within the tourism industry.
  • Exceptional level in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Strong teamwork skills in diverse, multicultural settings.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and Power BI.
