About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Insights Specialist to join our global finance team at TUI Musement. As a key member of the business partnering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the head of destinations by providing actionable insights through data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the head of destinations in providing trading insights through data analytics
- Collaborate with the business partnering finance analysts to prepare ad hoc analysis and reports using internal data sources
- Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reporting, tracking performance against targets and KPIs
- Provide support to the in-resort sales and destination teams in the production of monthly trading forecasts
- Support the destination teams in setting monthly targets to drive growth in sales and margins
- Be actively involved in key finance and data projects, identifying and recommending ways to continually improve the trading reporting processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in Finance, Business Administration or a similar field. Previous experience working within a finance function, particularly in data analytics, is highly desirable. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
