We are searching for **a Business Operations Analyst **to drive our success as a core team member.

How you’ll make a difference.

**Add value through analytics**:

- Continuously monitoring Sales and Margins in all our business lines
- Analyse Commercial data (competitiveness, positioning and market trends) to provide strategic decision support
- Conduct in-depth operational analysis to understand cost structures, revenue streams, and profitability

**Enhance cross-functional collaboration**
- Work closely with different departments (Commercial, Finance, Operations, Business Intelligence) and give support to our destinations to ensure cohesive management information
- Gain an in-depth understanding of country-specific operations to provide support and value to the business units.

**Budgeting and Group planning**
- Participate in the planning and budgeting process, providing data-driven insights and forecasts.

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in a business analysis role within the tourism industry
- Exceptional level in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Strong teamwork skills in diverse, multicultural settings.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
