Serás una pieza clave dentro del Departamento de Business Development, ubicado en la central de Sixt de Palma de Mallorca.

**DO WHAT YOU LOVE**:

- Implementación de KPIs y OKRs, incluyendo: definición, establecimiento de objetivos y seguimiento de planes de acción.
- Análisis ad-hoc para apoyar proyectos e iniciativas estratégicas de todas las áreas corporativas/operaciones de España.
- Garantizar la calidad y precisión de los datos y que estos estén disponibles cuando sea necesario.
- Gestión de proyectos de pequeña y mediana envergadura con una implicación significativa de esta función.
- Identificar problemas y recomendar enfoques para abordarlos.
- Ejecutar el análisis requerido sobre los indicadores básicos del negocio.
- Coordinación interdepartamental de proyectos funcionales con el consecuente análisis y seguimiento de los mismos.

**Requisitos**:

- Usuario avanzado de Excel (Power Query)
- Gestión de proyectos.
- Responsable, dinámico y orientado a resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y analíticas.
- Solucionador de problemas creativo.
- Capacidad para implementar y gestionar cambios.
- Inglés y español fluidos.

El área de desarrollo corporativo agrupa las unidades de consultoría interna del Grupo SIXT. Las diferentes funciones incluyen, en primer lugar, proyectos para el desarrollo de nuevas áreas de negocio y productos, iniciativas de crecimiento de las diferentes áreas de negocio existentes y proyectos de M&A.
