About the Role
The Business Analyst is a critical thinker with a keen eye for detail, responsible for actively consulting with stakeholders and probing to create a common understanding of the problem that needs solving. Working within a fast-paced agile environment, the Business Analyst thinks outside of the box, loves collaborating across teams, and is a lifelong learner.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will collaborate with other business analysts, product owners, data analysts, technology leads, delivery managers, software developers, business partners, and tech experts to establish clear protocols for incident detection, response, and resolution. This includes promptly addressing and supporting the resolution of any disruption that arises within the Accommodation Sourcing technical components.

Requirements
A general technical understanding of data exchange via APIs is required, as well as reading and working with technical data exchange formats. You should be capable of supporting your team with efficient incident handling and quick reaction to production problems, performing a deep analysis of the data flow between different services and providing accurate relevant information to the technical teams to support the incident resolution. Participating in a paid 24/7 on-call duty every four weeks is also anticipated.
