About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Associate to join our team at Stuart. As an HR Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and issue contracts of employment, amendment letters, and ad hoc salary and bonus letters.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries via internal communication channels.
  • Facilitate HR Induction for new starters and manage the onboarding process.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and benefits enrollment.
  • Assist with monthly payroll management and work closely with the Finance team to meet deadlines.
  • Upload and edit Confluence pages with HR updates and send communications to staff via internal channels.
  • Minute take during HR-related meetings and potentially act as the HR representative.
  • Support the optimization of new processes and tools to provide a great employee experience.
  • Work on local HR projects to assist with the People Ops strategy.
Requirements
  • 1 year of previous HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Strong ability to take initiative and deliver results.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English. Italian or Polish are a plus.
  • Great communication and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and G Suite on a daily basis.
  • Nice to have: possessing experience using interactive HRIS and processing payrolls.
  • Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
