Job Title: Billing & Order Entry Specialist with French (Relocate)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing & Order Entry Specialist with French language skills to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our order entry and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as required.
  • Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders.
  • Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers.
  • Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting and managing dispute resolution.
  • Maintain the master data of our customers, communicating proactively with clients.
  • Run calculations for customer offers.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Effective time management, meeting deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and ability to provide an excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within Finance or Legal.
Preferred:
  • Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work.
  • High proficiency with MS Excel.
