International Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Contract Administrator. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contract administration processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as needed
- Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting dispute resolution and maintaining master data of our customers
- Communicate proactively with clients, running calculations for customer offers
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, with excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines, and a positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion, with a team player mentality
- Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within finance or legal
- Preferred: Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work
