Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying and maximizing revenue opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client actions and deliver resolutions to issues through creative solutions and service excellence.
- Proactively identify and maximize all existing and new revenue opportunities and associated EBITDA.
- Design, develop, and deliver professional presentations both internally and externally.
- Compile and deliver well-structured financial analysis and costings, identifying trends.
- Support colleagues to ensure completion of core governance and procedures to maintain compliance and regulatory responsibilities.
- Maintain customer information as required for internal analysis.
- Actively identify opportunities for efficiencies, solutions, and synergies within the group and wider business.
Requirements:
- Results-oriented and professional best practice approach.
- Highly analytical and highly numerate, with experience in designing costing plans and models.
- Experience in risk management and project management.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive initiatives.
- Effective representation of the relationship management team within the organization, providing education and upskilling to colleagues.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Institute of Chartered Secretaries Association (ICSA) qualified (desirable).
- Certified Equity Professional CEP (1,2 or 3) (desirable).
