About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Administrator to join our team at Apex Group. As a Client Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Client Service Management team in delivering exceptional service to our international client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Client Service Managers to support daily activities and ensure compliance with internal and external processes.
  • Monitor and report on deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to fund corporate calendars.
  • Update internal databases with client information, verifying and collecting required data through liaison with internal teams and counterparties.
  • Prepare draft Operating Memoranda and other fund-related reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures and proper documentation, resolving issues as needed.
  • Ensure all investor subscription documents and side letters are properly saved and documented.
  • Prepare and review cash payment instructions, investor reports, and target fund documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the Client Service Management team with ad-hoc requests and projects.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial awareness, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
