Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Port Service business area, you will provide essential administrative support for our business, working closely with the project team to ensure seamless operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Support with the Spare Parts Supply Process
- Order Processing
- Creating Reports
- Customer Support
- Negotiation with Suppliers
Requirements
- Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Technical Studies: Engineering or FPII
- High Level of English, and Very Valuable French
- Advanced Level of MS Office
- Residence in Valencia or Nearby
- Experience in Secretarial, Office, or Project Administration
- Availability to Travel Occasionally
- ERP (SAP): User Experience - (Sales and Distribution)
