Job Title: Senior Administrator

At Nido Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join our team as a Front of House Manager. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the reception team, ensuring a high level of customer service and adherence to Nido's brand standards.
  • Coordinate the work between departments, contractors, suppliers, agencies, and other stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including providing personalized services and staying up-to-date on local events and attractions.
  • Assist with the marketing of the hotel, working closely with the central Marketing team to ensure the delivery of relevant strategy goals.
  • Manage the sales process, including responding to enquiries, conducting tours, and monitoring room availability.
  • Provide out-of-hours support to the hotel, ensuring that issues are escalated according to procedure and customer satisfaction targets are met.
  • Address and resolve complaints promptly and effectively, following hotel policies and procedures.
