About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Administrator to join our Operations team. As a Client Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all radiological examinations are processed correctly and that our client hospitals receive high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise directly with hospital staff to discuss incoming cases and ensure that all necessary information is provided.
- Handle calls between hospital staff and TMC radiologists to facilitate communication and resolve any issues.
- Ensure that all data is complete and accurate, including clinical information and full sets of images.
- Manage certain statistics and provide support with audits to ensure the quality of our services.
- Deal with cases, including data entry and preparation of cases, distribution of radiology reports, and other administrative tasks.
