Client Service Administrator

About the Role
The Apex Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Administrator to join our Luxembourg department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of our international client base, ensuring compliance with internal and external processes, and monitoring deadlines according to our fund corporate calendar and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with a Client Service Manager to support the daily activities of our funds under management.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external processes, including monitoring deadlines and updating our internal database with client information.
- Prepare draft operating memoranda and liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures and proper documentation.
- Support the Client Service Manager in resolving issues related to missing information and ensuring all investor subscription documents are saved on client folders.
- Prepare cash payment instructions and upload investor reports and target fund documentation to the investor portal.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Finance or Economics.
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
