About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Broadcom. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales engineers and product managers, to stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
