What You Will Do at Signaturit

We are transforming and redesigning the standards of e-signature frameworks and moving to a comprehensive digital transaction security platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies. As we expand, we are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Customer Operations Onboarding Specialist to join our CSM team and play a pivotal role in our growth, alongside a solid team.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Design and propose improvements and solutions to optimize existing processes in the internal Operations department.
  • Establish objectives, scope, timelines, and required resources for projects with main stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor process changes at Signaturit Group.
  • Track and evaluate the achieved results.
  • Onboarding Project Management: The implementation of Signaturit Group solutions in our Customers.
  • Analyze and document existing projects from a functional standpoint, and ideally from a technical standpoint as well.
  • Coordinate and lead internal resources during the project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure milestone and deliverable completion.
  • Identify and manage project-related risks and deviations.
  • Regularly report project status and results to Signaturit management and/or customer key stakeholders.
What We Believe Contributes to Your Success
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience in process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as Agile or SCRUM, among others.
  • Ability to use project management software and process visualization tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide accurate diagnoses of processes.
  • Proficiency in process mapping.
  • Ability to identify critical points and areas of improvement in processes and projects.
  • Management skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Capacity to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and effective decision-making ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, in a wide project portfolio.
