About the Role

Samsøe Samsøe is seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our B2B platform. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Maintain and improve the B2B platform to ensure a high level of user engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement sales optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and customer engagement
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

  • Proven experience in E-Commerce and B2B platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong technical understanding and experience with ERP systems
