About the Role

Samsøe Samsøe is seeking a highly skilled B2B E-Commerce Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our top-performing B2B platform. This platform is a crucial tool for driving business smoothly between Samsøe Samsøe and its partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop the customer experience and performance on the B2B platform
  • Daily maintenance of the B2B platform to ensure novelty and availability
  • Create turnover goals and reporting (Net Sales & Gross Margin %)
  • Onboard team members to the B2B platform and educate them on organization
  • Increase the amount of users via strategic implementation creating value for partners
  • Sales optimization – leveraging analytics tools to provide an in-depth overview of traffic and conversion rate
  • Generate content and actions together with the marketing team and plan and send out B2B newsletters on a weekly basis
  • Train the sales team and all relevant parties who are using the platform as a work tool
  • Ensure product data and imagery is constantly updated
  • Communicate sustainable brand values, collaborations, and international initiatives through the B2B platform
  • Control visuals are aligned with the brand image
Requirements
  • General experience with E-Commerce is preferred
  • Experience from working with B2B platforms like NuOrder, Joor, or Shopify
  • Result and execution driven with experience in BI Reporting and analytics
  • A strong communicator eager to engage with the culture within the Samsøe Samsøe sales organization
  • Self-starter and structured with the ability to thrive under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Persistent and independent
  • Passion for apparel/clothing and customers' shopping behavior
  • Both written and spoken proficiency in English is a requirement for the role
  • Technical understanding and understanding of integrations
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Business Central, NAV, or other
  • Skills in project management and stakeholder management are a plus

Samsøe Samsøe dates back to 1993 when a small namesake shop in Copenhagen's Latin Quarter opened.
