About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU. As a Finance Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the cost of all Integrated Support Functions in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control the cost of all Integrated Support Functions in Spain, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Business Partner, HR, and operational stakeholders to ensure the right cost, workload, and associated statistical key figures planning for OP, Budget & Forecast.
  • Gather and provide data to enable educated decision-making on management level, highlighting and analyzing discrepancies and proposing actions to optimize financial and operational performance.
  • Support key change decisions and contribute to reducing risks and optimizing costs, ensuring long-term company profitability and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance & Controlling.
  • Experience in SAP CO/FI/PS.
  • Able to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge in Systems and Tools (SAP FI/MM, SimpliFi, Facts+, MRT, Analysis for Office and Business Objects).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, collaborating across functions, empowering, motivating others, and conflict management.
  • Negotiation level of English and Spanish.
