Commercial Manager for Spain

About the Role
Mygwork is seeking a driven and analytical Commercial Manager to join our team at Amazon in Spain. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for leading and automating B2B sales generation for Small and Medium Companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy for commercial growth for Small and Medium shippers' cohort
- Drive revenue, adoption, profit, and market segment share for our product
- Earn trust of customers and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs
- Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Extensive experience in account management, sales, management consulting, or roles with similarly broad scope
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and sales skills, including communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals
- Familiarity with Excel and knowledge of databases or CRM tools
- Proven quantitative analytical capability and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience in the B2C logistics industry
- Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM, sales and marketing automation tools, eLearning tools
- Experience in working with databases (SQL, Amazon Redshift)
