We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Engineering Sourcing team in EMEA. This role goes beyond simple talent acquisition; you will be a key member in delivering and advocating the transformation of our talent acquisition function. In addition, you will coach and mentor teams, drive the adoption of best practices, and build and engage key stakeholder relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition plans.
- Continually improving, driving, and advocating for the adoption of best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Mentoring and coaching a team of sourcers to achieve talent acquisition goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Utilizing various talent acquisition tools and techniques to identify potential candidates.
- Deep analysis and reporting on talent acquisition metrics to continuously improve processes.
- Driving a multi-channel talent acquisition approach, which includes direct sourcing, referrals, talent pooling, and recruitment marketing leveraging multiple tools and approaches to drive success.
**Qualifications**
- Extensive talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
- Additional or preferred qualifications: Proven experience in sourcing through a dedicated sourcer or recruiting role. Strong operational, project management, and resource planning capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
