Job Title: Cloud Adoption Specialist

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a skilled Cloud Adoption Specialist to join our Global Marketing Response Center (MRC) team. As a key member of our Inbound/Lead Nurturing team, you will play a critical role in building a stronger AWS Lead Database by profiling and researching existing AWS leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve campaign goals while ensuring exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Profile marketing leads, reach out to customers, nurture them, and uncover their IT roadmaps.
  • Support in-person marketing events, engaging with customers and accelerating their journey to cloud.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align on market and sales strategy.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and fun team that partners closely with Global Field Marketing teams and Sales teams to engage with customers across sectors, industries, and company sizes. We are looking for someone who speaks English and has experience covering the Singaporean market.

What You'll Do:

  1. Build a stronger AWS Lead Database by profiling and researching existing AWS leads.
  2. Nurture leads with information and resources to increase their understanding of the AWS portfolio, value proposition, and relevant use cases for AWS services.
  3. Qualify leads and move them from little interest to warm and active interest, helping our customers evolve from a stage of Education to a state of Consideration.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to achieve campaign goals and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
