Position Overview
The HR Operations Specialist is tasked with overseeing the management of employee onboarding, offboarding, job transitions, flexible work arrangements, leave management, data upkeep, and payroll data entry, among other responsibilities.
This role also entails providing support to employees regarding inquiries related to Human Resources and associated policies, procedures, and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverages established procedures, policies, and knowledge resources to effectively address and resolve inquiries from employees and managers through various communication channels, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Oversees the management of employee personal data, including new hires, terminations, and organizational changes, while ensuring compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Processes salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation variations utilizing various supporting systems and applications as necessary.
- Accurately compiles the necessary information for monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Enhances HR systems data integrity by identifying issues and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to propose and implement improvements.
- Resolves issues within the scope of responsibility and contributes to ongoing process enhancement and standardization initiatives, working in cooperation with other HR Service Center team members and local HR.
- Participates in HR projects as needed while balancing daily operational tasks effectively.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Technology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Fluency in Romanian is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR policies, practices, and procedures is required.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
- Previous experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is required.
