ServiceNow Administrator

Celanese Corporation is a global leader in the production of differentiated chemistry solutions and specialty materials used in various industries and consumer applications.

As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of ITIL processes and ServiceNow products, ensuring process efficiency and analyzing opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate ServiceNow development activities and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Communicate and train stakeholders on ServiceNow tools and processes.
• Support the maintenance of development and enhancement documentations.
• Drive Continual Service Improvement plans and contribute to the productive efficiency of owned services.

Requirements:

• Experience in administrating ServiceNow HR module and coding/development.
• Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines.
• Experience in reporting and analysis.
• High adherence to processes and result-oriented focus.
• Understanding of the ITIL concept and analytical mindset.
