As a ServiceNow Administrator (Adv Specialist Service Management), you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of ITIL processes and ServiceNow products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process efficiency analysis and optimization.
  • Exploration and introduction of new ServiceNow modules, processes, and features.
  • Coordination of ServiceNow development activities and communication with stakeholders.
  • Product owner/SPOC towards IT for enhancements in responsible service areas.
  • Support for the maintenance of development and enhancement documentations.
  • Drive Continual Service Improvement plans and contribute to the productive efficiency of owned services.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administering ServiceNow HR modules.
  • ServiceNow coding and development expertise.
  • Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines.
  • Reporting and analysis skills.
  • High adherence to processes and a result-oriented focus.
  • Understanding of the ITIL concept and analytical mindset.
