**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Financial Manager** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management

**Requirements**

  • **Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills**: Proven experience in developing and managing budgets and forecasts
  • **Financial Reporting and Analysis experience**: Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare and analyze financial reports
  • **Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices**: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • **Advanced Excel skills**: Proficient in using Excel to analyze and present financial data
  • **Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities**: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • **Strong attention to detail and accuracy**: High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • **Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment**: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • **Experience in the fashion or manufacturing industry**: Experience in the fashion or manufacturing industry is a plus

**Education**

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
