Role Overview

The Accounting Support Coordinator is essential to the operations of Cascada Marbella, concentrating on the seamless execution of financial and administrative functions across two primary divisions: Cascada Marbella and Costa Rentals. This role provides direct assistance to the CEO, a co-founder of all entities under Grupo La Familia, with various responsibilities aimed at standardizing and upholding outstanding accounting practices.

Core Responsibilities

  • Cascada Marbella: Oversee the accounting department, ensuring precise financial documentation and reporting.
  • Costa Rentals: Support the Project Manager with activities such as guest check-ins, check-outs, and financial tasks.
  • General: Deliver extensive support to the CEO in multiple areas, enhancing the overall efficiency and success of the organization.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 3 years in administrative and accounting roles.
  • Skills: Must have a vehicle, demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Attributes: The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, highly organized, and possess a problem-solving attitude.
  • Preferred Background: Previous experience in the tourism sector is highly regarded, though not essential.
