Role Overview

The Accounting Assistant is essential to the operations of Grupo La Familia, concentrating on the effective management of financial and administrative functions for two primary divisions: Cascada Marbella and Costa Rentals. This role provides direct assistance to the CEO, a co-founder of all entities within Grupo La Familia, and aims to enhance and uphold superior accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

Cascada Marbella: Oversee the accounting department, ensuring precise financial documentation and reporting.

Costa Rentals: Support the Project Manager with various tasks, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and related accounting duties.

General Support: Deliver extensive assistance to the CEO across multiple areas, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 3 years in administrative and accounting roles.
  • Skills: Must have a vehicle, demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Personal Attributes: The ideal candidate should be focused on customer service, highly organized, and possess a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Preferred Background: Experience in the tourism sector is advantageous but not required.
