Job Title: Financial Controller
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our finance department at HRCS - Área General. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for our projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis, including data preparation in Excel, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Cost Control: Implement and maintain effective cost control systems to optimize financial performance.
- Project Management: Analyze projects by phases and milestones, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking institutions, ensuring seamless financial transactions and negotiations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including documentation process control, invoice management, and payment processing.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and payment terms with suppliers and partners, ensuring favorable terms for our business.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of financial leadership and management.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, high level of English proficiency, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
