About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our affiliate department and drive quality traffic to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Department Leadership: Lead the affiliate department and develop strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  2. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive quality traffic to our brand.
  3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor affiliate account managers to ensure maximum performance and dedication.
  4. Account Management: Manage top-tier accounts and develop an affiliate contact management strategy to drive business growth.
  5. Industry Insights: Attend industry events and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  6. Performance Evaluation: Strategically evaluate and report results of the overall operations regularly and systematically for the affiliation department.
  7. Process Improvement: Set up new processes to increase the effectiveness of the affiliate department.
  8. Negotiation and Partnership: Manage business negotiations and close deals with top partners.
  9. Internal Collaboration: Build strong internal networks for collaboration and knowledge transfer with other parts of the company.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Excellent level of English; any additional language is a plus.
  2. Experience: 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or a similar role in a digital marketing environment.
  3. People Management: Excellent people management skills and the ability to motivate and educate members of staff.
  4. Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding and the ability to grasp new technical concepts easily.
  5. Critical Thinking: Critical-thinking skills and the ability to create strategic plans based on set KPIs.
  6. Comfort Level: Comfortable with adult content.
  7. Passion: Passion for affiliate marketing, technology, and new digital innovations.
  8. Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
