- Performance Evaluation: Strategically evaluate and report results of the overall operations regularly and systematically for the affiliation department.
- Process Improvement: Set up new processes to increase the effectiveness of the affiliate department.
- Negotiation and Partnership: Manage business negotiations and close deals with top partners.
- Internal Collaboration: Build strong internal networks for collaboration and knowledge transfer with other parts of the company.
- Language Skills: Excellent level of English; any additional language is a plus.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or a similar role in a digital marketing environment.
- People Management: Excellent people management skills and the ability to motivate and educate members of staff.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding and the ability to grasp new technical concepts easily.
- Critical Thinking: Critical-thinking skills and the ability to create strategic plans based on set KPIs.
- Comfort Level: Comfortable with adult content.
- Passion: Passion for affiliate marketing, technology, and new digital innovations.
- Negotiation and Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
