**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute profitable, customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficient digital acquisition and retention multi-channel marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO), app store demand generation and optimization, digital, social media, content, and lifecycle marketing, and email marketing.
  • Lead the creation of brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing return on investment (ROI) and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the marketing team.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain customers, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey.
