Emergency Assistance Coordinator

As a key member of our global clinical team, you will play a vital role in supporting 24/7/365 emergency assistance and evacuation requests. Your ability to think critically and work under pressure will be essential in ensuring the timely and effective resolution of complex cases.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating end-to-end emergency assistance cases, including evacuations, repatriations, and time-sensitive access to care.
  • Serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for emergency assistance cases, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring workflow and prioritizing tasks to meet urgent deadlines.
  • Liaising with emergency vendors and escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Compiling and reviewing medical information from multiple systems to ensure accurate and complete documentation.

In addition to your role as Emergency Assistance Coordinator, you will also support clinical programs, partner with the global clinical team, and assist with ad-hoc requests that align with clinical priorities.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in customer service or care teams, with a minimum of 1 year in a healthcare insurance role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in at least two languages.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce and claims systems, as well as Microsoft Word.
