About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about park attractions, events, and amenities to enhance guests' experiences and maximize their enjoyment.
  • Transaction Support: Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and itinerary planning, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient service delivery.
  • Feedback and Complaints: Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a welcoming and organized work environment, including the cleanliness and tidiness of the area.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Task Management: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer systems and software applications for data entry, ticketing, and reservation management.
  • Local Knowledge: Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of 22,000 gross per year.
  • Bonus: A bonus of 2,000 gross per year.
  • Working Hours: From Monday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm in 2 shifts. Two free weekends a month.
  • Contract: A permanent contract of 39 hours a week.
