Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team for our functional units, focusing on hiring high-caliber talent at pace.
- Partner closely with our C-level leaders, building trust and respect through outstanding stakeholder management.
- Help shape our talent acquisition strategy aligned to the company's OKRs and long-term goals, particularly as it relates to commercial, sales, and marketing talent.
- Develop and execute a talent strategy to enable continued scale across our multiple tech sites.
- Establish metrics and reporting for ongoing review, analysis, and decision-making to optimize hiring activity.
- Manage vendors and partnerships with a focus on reducing cost-of-hire and increasing vendor performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and other People teams.
- Develop best practices related to compensation and benefits, employment law, and contracts based on industry knowledge and competitive benchmarking.
- Successfully led a talent acquisition team(s) in a high-growth startup/scaleup (Ideally 3+ direct reports).
- Approximately 6+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition (especially in functional/supporting units).
