Parques Reunidos, a leading leisure park operator, is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Capex Financial Manager. With over 50 years of experience, the company owns and operates more than 60 parks across the globe.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Capex Financial Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of capital expenditures to ensure alignment with the company's financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and forecasts for capital expenditures, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  2. Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting on Capex projects, including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), and variance analysis.

Capex Management:

  1. Oversee the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of capital payments to ensure alignment with liquidity goals and financial strategies.
  2. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations related to Capex management.

Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and project management, to gather and analyze Capex requirements and provide financial insights.
  2. Prepare and present comprehensive Capex reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on Capex management or financial analysis.
  3. Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
