- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting on capex projects, including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), and variance analysis.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate capex budgets and forecasts, ensuring timely updates and alignment with organizational goals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations related to capex management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and project management, to gather and analyze capex requirements and provide financial insights.

Requirements:
