Financial Manager for Logistics Company

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our client's Barcelona and Madrid branch offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Daily Accounting: Responsible for all accounting activities, including voucher entry, document inspection, reconciliation, and write-off.
  2. Financial Statements: Prepare and report financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Tax Management: Manage tax declarations, tax knowledge, and tax risk identification.
  4. Treasury Management: Oversee bank docking, budget preparation, daily fund receipt, payment, and allocation.
  5. Risk Management: Collaborate with the general manager to supervise business operations and identify potential financial risks.
Collaboration
  1. Provide financial support during the opening of company bank accounts.
  2. Dock operation and development requirements of the company's system.
  3. Assist the general manager with various matters according to the company's systems.
  4. Responsible for the publicity and implementation of the group's financial system.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, financial management, or related fields.
  2. Proficiency in Spanish, English, and Chinese as working languages.
  3. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with knowledge of financial software and MS Office.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to explain and analyze financial data.
