Job Overview

The EMEA DWH Offering Lead will be responsible for defining and supervising DWH initiatives related to DWH technologies delivered for our EMEA clients. The candidate will support the sales team for business development activities and project teams for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define offering related to IQVIA DWH technologies
  • Contribute to RFP responses and business development activities, shaping overall solutions and estimating effort, cost, and timeline
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Support project managers for changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Align with the IQVIA Product team for understanding new elements included in the offering and influencing product enhancements and roadmap
  • Supervise all EMEA DWH initiatives, connecting with IQVIA project managers and monitoring progress (high-level status, cost, issues, etc.) on a regular basis and spotting risks and suggesting mitigation actions
  • Support delivery as SME, engaging directly with clients
  • Recommend improvements and contribute to defining actions for enhancing internal processes

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline

8 years of related experience in consulting or playing as product owner/project manager for DWH initiatives, ideally in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry

  • Solid project management and relationship building skills
  • Subject matter expertise to effectively manage DWH projects
  • Excellent knowledge of processes and challenges typical for DWH initiatives
  • Deep understanding of DWH Architectures
  • Good knowledge of DWH Tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, etc.)
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
