Job Overview

The EMEA MDM Technology Lead will be responsible for defining and delivering MDM solutions for our EMEA clients. This role will support the sales team in business development activities and project teams in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defines MDM Offering: Develops and maintains MDM offerings for EMEA clients, ensuring alignment with IQVIA's MDM product team.
  • Contributes to Business Development: Supports sales teams in responding to RFPs and other business development activities, shaping overall solutions and estimating effort, cost, and timeline.
  • Project Scope and Objectives: Assists in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Project Management Support: Supports project managers in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • MDM Initiative Supervision: Supervises all EMEA MDM initiatives, connecting with IQVIA project managers and monitoring progress, spotting risks, and suggesting mitigation actions.
  • Delivery Support: Supports delivery as a subject matter expert, engaging directly with clients.
  • Process Improvement: Recommends improvements and contributes to defining actions for enhancing internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline.
  • Experience: 8 years of related experience in consulting or playing as a product owner/project manager for MDM initiatives, ideally in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
  • Skills: Solid project management and relationship building skills, subject matter expertise to effectively manage MDM projects, excellent knowledge of processes and challenges typical for MDM initiatives, deep understanding of MDM architectures, good knowledge of MDM tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica, TIBCO, etc.), ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines, excellent presentation and communication skills.
