About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical System Delivery Lead to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing critical MDM projects and operations within the Data Digital and IT (DDIT) function, supporting our Innovative Medicines business.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of MDM solutions, primarily using Reltio as the MDM engine, Snowflake, and AWS.
  • Ensure that all deployed code and configuration are of high quality and follow appropriate SDLC processes.
  • Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders within your remit.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from within the commercial business, IT, and other internal and external partners for demand analysis, solution design, and overall project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computer science, engineering, or information technology discipline.
  • 8+ years of IT experience in a highly qualified function, including experience as a technology and solution delivery lead within Commercial IT.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Master Data Management solutions, preferably with Reltio in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with commercial data and relationships between data entities is highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders.
  • Effective communication style with the ability to influence local and global teams and increase the awareness of the value creation of solutions you are implementing.
