About the Role

As a Senior Technical System Delivery Lead for Master Data Management, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and delivery of MDM solutions that drive business value and impact for Cts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of MDM solutions, leveraging expertise in Reltio, Snowflake, and AWS.
  • Ensure that all deployed code and configuration meet high standards of quality and adhere to SDLC processes.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and success factors for various stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, and effectiveness in MDM solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MDM solutions into the data mesh and ensure alignment with security and compliance policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or information technology.
  • 8+ years of IT experience, including experience as a technology and solution delivery lead in a commercial IT function.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Master Data Management solutions, preferably with Reltio in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with commercial data and relationships between data entities is highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively with local and global teams.
