Job Overview
As a seasoned MDM Technology Lead for Emea, you will be responsible for defining and supervising MDM initiatives across our Emea clients. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting both sales and project teams in their activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Define MDM offerings and contribute to RFP responses, shaping overall solutions and estimating effort, cost, and timeline
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and involving relevant stakeholders
• Support project managers in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• Align with the IQVIA MDM Product team to understand new offering elements and influence product enhancements and roadmap
• Supervise Emea MDM initiatives, monitoring progress and spotting risks, and suggesting mitigation actions
• Engage with clients as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting delivery and recommending process improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related technical discipline
• 8 years of experience in consulting or product ownership/project management for MDM initiatives, preferably in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences
• Strong project management and relationship building skills
• Subject matter expertise in MDM project management
• Excellent knowledge of MDM processes and challenges
• Deep understanding of MDM Architectures
• Familiarity with MDM Tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica, TIBCO)
• Ability to work effectively with others and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
