Port Operations Billing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Port Operations Billing Supervisor to join our team at TUI Musement. As a key member of our Port Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the billing process for our cruise ship handling services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Billing Agents: You will be responsible for supervising a team of billing agents and distributing workloads according to business needs.
- Reconciliation and Invoicing: You will be responsible for reconciliations of supplier's statements supporting TUI's P2P department, generating and sending invoices to ship-owners, and resolving any queries or disputes that may arise.
- Documentation and Administration: You will be responsible for organizing backup documentation from ship calls and conducting an effective billing process and backup.
- Team Support: You will actively support the finance and port agency teams with general office administrative duties.
- Strong Administration Background: You will have a good academic background with strong experience in administration.
- Industry Experience: You will have previous experience in the ship industry working in finance and invoicing departments.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Prioritization and Organization: You will have strong prioritizing and organizational skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: You will have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
