Candidate Profile

We seek a candidate who meets the following criteria:

  • Proficient in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Fluent in French (Native or Near-native).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the SaaS sector, particularly in mid-market or enterprise roles, with a proven record of closing deals exceeding $250k ARR.
  • Demonstrated ability to surpass sales targets and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies, including Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, among others.
  • Highly organized with a structured approach to achieving consistent results.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic, remote work environment.

About Our Team

At Semrush, we are on the lookout for outstanding Enterprise Account Executives to enhance our expanding sales team. In this position, you will be pivotal in driving revenue through new client acquisition (20%) and renewals and upselling (80%). You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to retain and grow our largest accounts.

Our sales team is structured into specialized subteams, including Regional Sales, Pre-Sales Engineers, Customer Engagement & Renewal Specialists, and Sales Analytics, creating a dynamic and collaborative environment.
