Board Deutschland Gmbh is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to drive technology strategy and innovation

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business needs, emerging technologies, and architectural best practices within SaaS provider environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and document comprehensive technology solutions, aligning with long-term business objectives and scalability requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements, evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines, ensuring solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams during solution implementation, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of solutions and their components, prioritizing the technical vision and strategy
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional Information Technology experience in solutioning, designing, development, and delivering systems
  • 5+ years of hands-on solutions architecture experience with a focus on strategic planning and enterprise-wide solutions
  • Integration technology, platform, and API solution experience, with knowledge of Application architecture and Design methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas/designs to multiple audiences
  • Thorough understanding of and experience with multiple SDLC / Agile methods, with a proven ability to work effectively within a matrix organization
